Training isn’t a one-off occurrence for businesses. With new technology, it can be difficult for staff to take in every bit of information in one go. Not only that, but new employees will require training, while those changing roles may require more specific training and resources.

With all that in mind, it’s important to provide ongoing access to training resources, such as regular sessions from your service provider, video tutorials or online user guides.
