In October 2010, at the Avaya Partner Conference for CALA held in Las Vegas, Aura Alliance Member Belltech was awarded Best Avaya Partner in recognition of its great success in sales and brand support across Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Brazil. Since then, Belltech companies have gone on to win individual awards in their respective countries:
Belltech Columbia
At the 2011 Avaya Connection Day, Belltech Columbia was awarded "Mayor nivel de Certificaciones en Colombia" (Advanced Level of Certification in Colombia) and granted "Platinum Business Partner" accreditation. Rubén Cavieres, Commercial Director of Belltech Colombia and Hugo Valderrama, President of Belltech Colombia, received the awards, which were presented by Juan Arturo Gómez, Channel Leader NorthCone, and María Paula Castellanos, Marketing Manager of Avaya.
Belltech Peru
In March, Belltech Peru received two important awards at the Avaya Forum for the Southern Cone, Partner Connection Day 2011, held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The “Proyecto del Año 2010” (2010 Project of the Year) Award was given for provision of call center services to Scotiabank Peru, the largest project developed by Belltech in Peru. Belltech Peru also received the “Soporte de Post Venta del Año 2010” (2010 Post-Sales Support) Award for work carried out by the Southern Cone Service Team in one the most important projects developed in the Region.
Belltech Brazil
In February, Belltech Brazil received the Avaya Platinum Business Partners accreditation presented by Javier Cuellar, Regional Director of Canais for the CALA Area, to Alesandro Damassio the Regional Director of Belltech Brazil. The award was announced during the Avaya Partner Connection Day, one of a series of events Avaya is holding in the region to enhance relationships with business partners.
