Support Teams

Customers have access to local support teams of Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Helpdesk Operators to report system incidents, request programming changes and for technical enquiries.

Converged Management Platform

The Aura Alliance also offers a remote monitoring service using the Converged Management Platform (CMP) to provide proactive, centralised management of your global voice and data service levels.

Call Management Applications

The Alliance has an ongoing product development programme. Two new iPhone apps allow innovative call management capabilites:

Aura Alliance Mobile EC500

This application enables you to use the Avaya Communication Manager EC500 functionality on your iPhone or Android mobile without the need for a separate mobility server. Whenever you’re away from your desk, your smart phone becomes your desk phone.

Setting Up Mobile EC500

You will need to be operating Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) with EC500 to enable this application. Aura Alliance EC500© requires you to enable EC500 on your ACM, configure settings on your phone system and configure the Mobile EC500 application to suit your EC500 settings.

  1. Configure the software on your ACM. Download the ACM Configuration Guide  HERE
  2. Set up EC500 to Individual User (you may need to get your Avaya Maintenance Provider to do this).
  3. Configure the Aura Alliance EC500©. Once downloaded open the application and tap Menu
  4. Scroll down to Settings and tap to open this page
  5. Scroll to Settings File and manually enter all the codes and numbers.
  6. Use the codes that will be already pre-programmed on your phone system under the EC500 setting.

Aura Alliance Mobile DR-X

The DR-X© works alongside Avaya Call Centre and allows you to activate different vectors remotely, via your iPhone. For example if staff cannot access the office building you will want to turn on your emergency vector command, such as forwarding to a mobile number.
